Hormones and losing your mind

Written at 2 weeks into being a mum of 3 kids... ❤

I'm tired, I'm breastfeeding constantly, I'm playing hide and seek, I'm hungry! 😧


The boys are fighting, my c-section is infected, and the pain is not easing up.

The antibiotics are getting through my milk so the baby has just been sick all down my back, she has just urinated down my front, I put her down and she projectile pooped across the room and up the wall and all over the white bed spread! 🤮💩🤯


Perspective is a great thing isn't it? 


My husband nipped out, I had 3 kids all crying at the same time. The baby had tummy ache, the toddler had bit me and hulk smashed 6 year old, so the 6 year old kicked him over (there is not hitting in our house🙈).

Now, I'm shouting at my big boy as I cannot deal with being hungry, hormonal, sleep-deprived and the kids are rule breaking and hurting each other. 


I'm trying to calm them all down, trying to calm myself down. At the same time as another nappy change for the baby, nappy change the toddler, and wipe the bottom of the 6 year old as hes actually made it to the toilet this time... poop everywhere...💩💩💩


My husband returns from a walk in the sunshine, without children and after having 8 hours sleep and asks how I am.😃


He picks up the baby, she stops crying. He gets simultaneous hugs and beaming smiles from both boys and he cooks some lunch for us all whilst dancing round the kitchen.🦸‍♂️

It's ok to not to be ok, sometimes. 


When your in the mist of it all you just need to see someone else being positive.

You just need to take a step back and look at it differently.

❤️ You have got this, your doing a fab job, tomorrow is a new day, start from the beginning!🙌
