Having kids takes a toll on your body🤰
I started tracking my weight with Fitbit after my 1st pregnancy.
I was so unfit and after having a 10.8lbs baby via c-section and having a very large abdominal separation that took 2 years and a lot of transverse abb work to fix, I thought I was screwed.
But I set myself a goal and I smashed it. I did not rush it, it took some time and determination, but I believed in myself and surrounded myself with positivity and high performers through CrossFit, Clean Eating, Park Run and had personal coach to hold me accountable.
I got down to my lowest weight I had ever been, and I felt amazing. I went from size 22 to size 8 and no I did not have a tummy flap!
After having a few setbacks with baby #3, I'm determined to get my fitness back and my body the shape I want it.
